Thank you for being part of Reiki DAO℠ and ReikiDAO.com (“Reiki DAO,” “we,” “our,” “us”). Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing a membership. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Refunds
All payments are final. Reiki DAO does not offer refunds for any membership fees, whether in full or partial.
This policy applies regardless of your level of participation, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the program.
2. Auto-Renewing Membership
All memberships are auto-renewing on a monthly basis.
Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the start of each new billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by updating your account settings or contacting us directly.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You will continue to have access to membership benefits until your billing cycle ends.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel your membership:
Log into your account on Skool.
Navigate to your account or billing settings.
Select “Cancel Membership.”
You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is processed.
If you have difficulty canceling, please contact us at the email below.
5. Failed Payments
If your payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), your membership access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
6. Exceptions
Reiki DAO does not provide exceptions to this Refund Policy, except where required by law.
