All content provided through Reiki DAO℠ and ReikiDAO.com (“Reiki DAO,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By using our website, membership community, or services, you agree to respect these rights.

1. Ownership of Content

  • All course materials, class recordings, PDF documents, written guides, videos, graphics, logos, and branding elements are the exclusive property of Reiki DAO℠ unless otherwise noted.

  • The name “Reiki DAO℠” and ReikiDAO.com are claimed service marks and are used exclusively by us.

  • All rights are reserved worldwide.

2. Permitted Use

  • Membership grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal license to access and use Reiki DAO materials for your individual educational purposes only.

  • You may download and retain PDF support materials for personal use.

  • Class recordings are for streaming only and may not be downloaded, copied, or redistributed.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell any Reiki DAO materials without prior written consent.

  • Share your membership login credentials or allow others to access your account.

  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Reiki DAO content.

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any materials.

4. Trademarks & Branding

  • “Reiki DAO℠” is a claimed service mark of Reiki DAO.

  • Unauthorized use of our name, branding, or logos is prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. User-Generated Content

  • By posting or sharing content in the Reiki DAO community (via Skool or other platforms), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content for community and promotional purposes.

  • You remain the owner of your own original contributions.

6. Reporting Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated by Reiki DAO or by another member within our community, please contact us immediately.
We will respond in accordance with applicable copyright law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

7. Violations

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your membership.

  • Legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
