Community “Guidelines & Enforcement” Policy

Welcome to the ReikiDAO℠ community. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and respectful space for learning Reiki, energy practices, and personal growth. These Community Guidelines set expectations for member behavior and outline the Enforcement Policy for rule violations. By participating, you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Respect & Conduct

All members are expected to:

  • Treat all members, instructors, and staff with respect, courtesy, and kindness.

  • Avoid harassment, bullying, intimidation, or offensive behavior.

  • Refrain from hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or personal attacks.

  • Engage constructively and keep discussions relevant to Reiki, energy healing, and personal growth.

2. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Do not share private messages, personal information, or membership-only content outside the community.

  • Respect other members’ privacy and maintain discretion regarding personal experiences shared in classes or discussions.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content (videos, PDFs, recordings, written material) is copyright ReikiDAO℠.

  • Do not download, redistribute, or share materials without explicit written permission.

  • Any content you post to the community must not infringe on third-party intellectual property.

4. Professional & Health Boundaries

  • ReikiDAO provides educational and spiritual content only.

  • Members must not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice to others.

  • Always encourage others to seek licensed professionals for medical or mental health concerns.

5. No Spam or Promotions

  • Do not post spam, advertisements, solicitation, or self-promotion unrelated to ReikiDAO or its community purpose.

  • Affiliate links or commercial offers require prior written approval from ReikiDAO.

6. Legal Compliance

  • Members must not post or engage in content that is illegal, harmful, or violates local, state, or federal law.

  • Members must comply with platform rules (e.g., Skool Terms of Service) in addition to these Guidelines.

7. Enforcement Policy

ReikiDAO reserves the right to enforce these Guidelines and maintain a safe community. Violations may result in:

  1. Warning – A private notice explaining the rule violation.

  2. Temporary Suspension – Member access may be paused for a defined period.

  3. Permanent Ban / Termination – Immediate removal from the community in cases of serious or repeated violations.

Additional Considerations:

  • No Refunds: Removal for misconduct does not entitle a member to refunds of any payments.

  • Accountability: Members are responsible for the content they post and their conduct within the community.

  • Reporting Violations: Members should report violations via email <Ada@ ReikiDAO.com>. ReikiDAO will investigate and take appropriate action.

  • Legal Action: ReikiDAO reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for serious misconduct, intellectual property violations, or threats to safety.

8. Community Participation Expectations

  • Encourage positive, supportive engagement.

  • Ask questions, share experiences, and help others within the framework of respect.

  • Focus on personal growth and learning.

9. Changes to Guidelines

  • ReikiDAO may update these Guidelines and Enforcement Policies at any time.

  • Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

  • Continued participation in the community constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
